STOP THESE THINGS

30 years, $trillions in subsidies and yet the combined output of wind and solar amounts to little more than a rounding error. Most sane adults would call that a monumental F-A-I-L.

Meanwhile, ever reliable coal-fired power just keeps on delivering, where never-reliable wind and solar deliver nothing but a subsidy stream to their rent-seeking owners.

The concept, beaten into a mantra-like narrative by the mainstream press, is that wind and solar stand as meaningful substitutes for coal, gas and nuclear power plants. Fun facts like sunset and calm weather suggest otherwise.
